The main goal of the projects is to complete them on time and within the budget. The purpose of project cost management is to better estimate and control project costs. The course will give you access to project cost management tools with presentations, examples and modules. Everyone who attends the course will have the opportunity to understand the processes used in cost management and gain effective knowledge in terms of good cost management and budgeting in practice.
